The co-sponsors of the SB10/11 conferences (CIB, iiSBE and UNEP) and CIRIA have agreed to a change of venue, organizers, and dates for the SB11 Conference.
The new venue is Helsinki, Finland, and the new organizers are VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland (VTT) and the Finnish Association of Civil Engineers (RIL).
The Conference will now be held from 18-21 October 2011.
